​NESO held a Dispatch Transparency event on January 28th, covering recent analysis on skip rates. NESO's skip rate fell from 43% in January 2025 to 32% by December, averaging 39% for the year. This reflects better control room processes and improvements to the Open Balancing Platform. However, there's still room for improvement, and NESO has set targets, aims to expand the scope of the analysis, and continues to engage with stakeholders.
