Nima Tabatabai has joined Modo as Chief Product Officer (CPO), a key strategic appointment as the company doubles down on product-first principles.
Nima will lead product strategy as Modo aims to become the #1 data platform for energy storage and energy flexibility in GB. This appointment follows Modo recently closing new investment in their Seed+ round and news of more major energy players signing up for Modo subscriptions.
Nima will work with Modo’s customers, partners, engineers and data analysts to deliver a compelling digital product that enables subscribers to better understand complex energy markets by delivering comprehensive energy market data and insights.
Nima is an MBA, engineer and product champion with broad experience across the energy transition, including digital solutions, energy flexibility and renewables. Before Modo, Nima was a key member of the product team at Kiwi Power, was the first employee at Piclo and held several project engineering roles at Endurance Wind Power, Siemens Wind Power, Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Europe and Alstom Power.
