Organize your forecast library with filters, grouping, and sorting
The forecast library has an updated interface. You can now:
- Filter forecasts by region, scenario, model version, and asset characteristics.
- Choose battery, solar, wind, or a combination to see relevant forecasts and columns.
- Group forecasts by shared details, such as region or duration, or keep one ungrouped list.
- Sort by multiple columns and choose the sort order.
- Show the columns you need and hide the rest.
Why it’s useful
With the updated interface, you can now:
- Find relevant forecasts faster by filtering for a market, scenario, or asset type.
- Review similar forecasts together by grouping runs with shared characteristics, such as battery duration.
- Keep track of the model versions and scenarios your team has used.
- Check asset settings directly in the library, with battery, solar, and wind configuration details arranged in separate column groups.
- Focus on the assumptions that matter to your analysis by showing only the columns you need.
How to use it
- Go to Revenues under Forecast on the Modo Energy Platform.
- Choose the relevant asset types using Pick asset, then select Add filter to narrow your list.
- Use Group by and Sort to organize your forecasts, and Columns to choose which details appear. Select No grouping to return to a single list.
