Why is it useful?
A virtual asset benchmark represents theoretical asset performance derived by running Modo Energy's global dispatch model against historic market conditions. This helps you:
- Track what assets are earning in Italy
- Measure a real asset against a like-for-like reference
- Compare across zones, durations, and other markets
How to create a custom virtual asset?
- Click the + next to Benchmarks & Assets.
- Select Virtual asset.
- Choose your region.
- Enter the details of your battery and grid connection.
- Name your benchmark.
- Set the visibility to Personal or Company.
