European solar: Spanish capture rate falls to 9% in February

The direction is consistent across most of the continent: more installed capacity, more generation competing in the same hours, and falling capture rates.
But the pace varies sharply by market. And one country sits in a category of its own: Spain's solar capture rate was 9.4% in February. It had been 72.3% twelve months earlier.
