National Grid ESO held the Enhancing Energy Storage in the Balancing Mechanism event earlier this month. This event aimed to understand barriers to energy storage dispatch in the Balancing Mechanism, to provide an update on upcoming market reforms to industry stakeholders, and to gain feedback on its future plans.
